I attended the game with my little brother Jake. One of the reasons I invited Jake is that he normally provides me with a calming influence. Although when Unga scored the final TD, Jake was anything but calm. Some(especially the Ute fan in front of us) would argue he was down right loud and obnoxious. It was great! Jakes reaction was priceless.
We arrived at the game about an hour and a half before kickoff. It was a beautiful sunny and cold day. We enjoyed lots of good food and hot chocolate.
Without rehashing the details of the whole game, suffice it to say the game was determined on the play now known in Provo as "Austin chapter 4 verse 18". With less than 2 minutes, and the Cougs down by one, Max Hall completed nearly a 50 yard pass to Austin Collie on 4th and 18. The Cougs went on to score when Harvey Unga ran over two Ute DB's for the game winning TD(see photo). When Unga scored the TD, I ran and stood on a railing in our section, faced the crowd, and began waiving my BYU flag that was on a 6 foot pole. I am such a spaz, but it was such a good feeling to know that we would have braggging rights for yet another season. Most imortantly the Cougs clinched another conference title.
I look forward to the rest of the season and am already looking forward to the rivalry game next year. GO COUGS

My favorite part about this post is the word "spaz". While it was probably dang funny to see the real thing as you stood on the rail, I'm thinkin' it's funner to let the imagination run wild. I'd pay to see your facial expressions in slow motion...
I must say that it was a great game! I wish that I could have seen you out there with your flag:) You are a beauty.
Are you freaking kidding me with these queergars?? Now what, your expert kick blocker is living his life really well on and off the field? Unbelievable. I just you hope you had a boatload of money on the puddy cats covering against UCLA. Mauss, friends until next November? I still respect you.
